Service Agreement Clause – KJA Landscaping LLC:

Payment Terms : Payment for services rendered by KJA Landscaping LLC is due upon completion of the work. 

Claim Period: Any claims or disputes regarding the services provided by KJA Landscaping LLC must be submitted in writing within a period of 3 months from the completion date of the work. Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of any potential remedies or compensation.

Estimates Validity: All estimates provided by KJA Landscaping LLC are valid for a period of 20 days from the date of issuance. After this period, a fee of $75 will be charged for a second estimate. However, if the client proceeds with the project, this fee will be deducted from the total payment.

Liability and Insurance: KJA Landscaping LLC carries liability insurance to protect against damages or injuries that may occur during the provision of services. However, clients are encouraged to review their own insurance coverage to ensure adequate protection for their property.

Satisfaction Guarantee: KJA Landscaping LLC is committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 2 days of the completion date, and we will work to address your concerns promptly.
